Ruby was taught as a boy that it was impolite to stare, one of the few lessons he was bothered to be taught. Not that it helped him now.
He blinked up at the other, his knightly appearance bringing sparkles to the Boys eyes.
“mister..” ruby said almost breathlessly. “you look so… So amazing….!”
Ruby clasped his hands together as he gazed up at sir Aaron, the hat had initially caught the young boy’s attention.
Sir Aaron looked at the younger male - it was rather… odd, to have someone he didn’t really know stare at him for so long.
But he didn’t let it get the best of him, he was just a child - at least, that’s what it looked like in his appearance. He chuckled and put his hand behind his neck, rubbing it gently. “Oh, uhm… If you say so.” He said, laughing nervously.
He held out his hand towards the boy, a small smile on his face. “Um, all that…staring caught me off guard. My name’s Sir Aaron.”

[he gets up quickly, moving swiftly towards the other and gives him an excited lick to his cheek,…
Lucario got embarrassed at his over excitement and tried to calm down, despite the big swishes his tail continues to make. He gave Aaron anther lick to the cheek, finding it to be one of his only ways of passing his affection to the other. He looked down shyly.
“I didn’t mean to make it sound like you had abandoned me… I didn’t know until it was too late… Oh sir Aaron forgive me…”
Lucario lowered his head, always feeling guilty inside for the mistrust of his friend, despite the new found truth that proved his owners innocence.
“master… We shall never part ways again.” he mumbled.
Sir Aaron looked at him, the movements of his tail were just … nice to look at. He hadn’t seen Lucario this happy in his life, it was a sight for him, if he had to say so himself. He laughed softly under his breath as he felt the pokemon lick his cheek, and he pat his head gently.
“Of course I forgive you.” He said. “I think it’s I who’s supposed to be apologizing.” He started. “I didn’t want to make it seem like I was betraying you at that time, but it was the best I could do.” He muttered.
“We can’t, and we won’t.” He said. He looked at him with a small smile on his lips. “I promise.”

Where have you been?
You disappeared…. And i thought you had abandoned me… [he tucks his face to rest under sir aaron’s arm, allowing the folds of his fabric to cover his face. Lucario had been so lost without the other. He had traveled every day, his paws sore from waking on an empty stomach. But his missing half was back, it was all he needed. He nuzzled into sir aarons side, tail wagging just as excitedly as it had been before]
I would never abandon you. [ He muttered, holding Lucario close to him. He gently knelt down so that he wouldn’t need to stand, gently patting Lucario’s back. ] I’m sorry I left you back then. [ He said, looking at him. He noticed his tail - and he couldn’t help but to laugh .]
